Buyer (FMCG / Grocery)

Are you passionate about building strong supplier partnerships, negotiating the best deals, and driving category growth?

We’re looking for a Buyer who is proactive, analytical, and has excellent negotiation skills to help expand our product assortment and maximize business performance.

What You’ll Do

• Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers.

• Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, rebates, trading terms, and partnership agreements.

• Collaborate with Legal to finalize supplier agreements and ensure compliance.

• Manage SKU creation, SKU mapping, bundling, and supplier documentation.

• Optimize product assortment by analyzing product performance and introducing new products.

• Maintain pricing accuracy and ensure timely price updates.

• Plan and execute promotional activities together with Marketing and Category teams.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while resolving operational issues.

• Coordinate rebate accruals and support Finance with monthly reporting.

What We’re Looking For :

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Buyer, Category Buyer, Merchandiser, Procurement, or Category Management.

• ?Experience in Retail, FMCG, Grocery, E-commerce, or Modern Trade is highly preferred.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management.

• ?Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
