Job Description :
1. Possess a thorough understanding of Indonesian labor laws.
2. Master HR planning and the recruitment and selection process.
3. Capable of developing compensation and benefits strategies, grading systems, job evaluation processes, and salary structure designs.
4. Provide management with information regarding the status of subordinates or act as a liaison between employees and management.
5. Establish highly effective HR practices, such as developing SOPs, job descriptions, and training and development programs.
6. Formulate short-term plans for tasks assigned by superiors.
7. Enforce company-established policies and regulations.
8. Resolve routine, day-to-day issues.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Law or Psychology preferred).
2. Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
3. Possesses leadership qualities; is independent, honest, a team player, proactive, assertive, responsive to instructions from superiors, and capable of working under pressure.
4. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. Capable of finding solutions to problems (problem-solver).
6. Proficient in using computers, specifically Excel and Word.
7. Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
