Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within technology companies or product/service IT environments - Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback preparation, offer management, and candidate communication - Advanced sourcing skills, including the ability to build sourcing strategies, use multiple channels, and develop diverse candidate pipelines - Solid experience conducting competency-based interviews, assessing candidate fit, and providing clear, structured feedback to stakeholders - Practical experience using AI tools and creating effective prompts to support recruitment, sourcing, communication, and process optimization - Experience with paid sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing platforms, or similar tools will be an advantage - Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate recruitment insights clearly to internal stakeholders Responsibilities: - Being responsible for full recruitment processes - Managing and developing relationships with hiring managers and candidates - Generating and maintaining candidates' pipeline; candidates data processing - Developing and updating market knowledge in our service areas of focus - Working with Ukrainian and foreign IT labor markets Team:HRD, 2 recruiters Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour working day (40 hr per week), flexible schedule.
