General Accountant (CPA)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Open to fresh graduates with CPA license.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
• A keen eye for detail and excellent ability to solve complex problems.
• Strong organizational skills and efficient time management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Accurately record and maintain financial transactions within the core accounting system.
• Generate account balances and thoroughly review transaction details.
• Handle payment processing and maintain organized records.
• Compile, analyze, and present detailed monthly and annual financial statements.
• Manage field office monthly reporting and conduct variance analyses (budget vs. actual spending).
• Draft and review financial budgets for upcoming proposals.
• Develop and evaluate financial forecasts as needed.
• Assist with internal/external audits and resolve any identified audit issues.
• Enforce and monitor internal financial compliance and controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
