Provide assistance to customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering quality support via phone, chat, or email. Open to fresh graduates and candidates without experience. Must have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and be willing to work onsite on shifting or graveyard schedules.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, chat, or email.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies and procedures while delivering quality service.
- Meet productivity and performance targets.
Qualifications:
- Open to candidates with or without work/BPO experience.
- At least Senior High School graduate or High School graduate (old curriculum).
- Must have an updated NBI Clearance.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and patience when assisting customers.
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
- Amenable to graveyard shifts, rotating schedules, split days off, weekends, and holidays.
