Head of Sales & Marketing

About the role

Mimi Aesthetic & Wellness Clinic is seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing operations in North and South Jakarta. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to shape the strategic direction of our commercial activities and drive business growth in the Aesthetic & Wellness sector. As Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with our objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals

2. Identify market opportunities and emerging trends within the Aesthetic industry in order to develop business strategies

3. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, brand positioning and customer engagement initiatives

4. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders to support business development

5. Monitor sales performance metrics and marketing analytics, providing regular reporting and insights to senior management

6. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing objectives with overall business goals

7. Develop pricing strategies and promotional activities to optimise market competitiveness and profitability

8. Lead market research initiatives to understand customer needs, competitive landscape and industry dynamics

9. Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient allocation of resources across sales and marketing functions

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in sales and marketing management roles, preferably within the Aestehtic industry or related sectors

2. Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth

3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate and develop high-performing teams

4. Excellent understanding of market analysis, customer segmentation and competitive positioning

5. Proficiency in digital marketing, brand management and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a results-oriented mindset

7. Fluency in Indonesian and English; additional languages are advantageous
