We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant who is passionate about delivering excellent travel solutions and outstanding customer service. This role requires a professional who can handle travel arrangements accurately, respond quickly to client needs, and confidently manage both routine and complex bookings.

You will play an important role in ensuring smooth travel experiences for our clients while maintaining service quality, operational accuracy, and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international travel bookings professionally and accurately

• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel documents in a timely manner

• Manage booking changes, cancellations, and customer requests efficiently

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners

• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver high-quality service

• Support business growth through responsive and solution-oriented service

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 or 3 years of relevant experience in travel, ticketing, or reservations

• Strong knowledge of flight and hotel booking processes

• Experience with corporate accounts is an advantage

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with reservation systems
