Our Company offers our Clients a full Scope Professional Service comprising of Professional Engineers in charge of Architectural, Civil, MEP & Contracts Departments all overseeing Large Scale Construction Projects for both local and overseas Clients.
The Position
We are seeking a General Manager with either Civil, Architectural or MEP background who will lead our Company’s business operations and help our Company to thrive. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the company’s overall operations.
Being actively involved in preparing for Client’s review the concept designs, the budgets and the timelines.
Hiring suitable staff, operating budgets as well as launching initiatives that can attract and enhance our Service to our Clients.
The successful General Manager responsibilities will include:

Job Description
We are looking for a General Manager fluent in both Bahasa and English to oversee all staff, budgets and operations.
The General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations
Oversight of Projects
Design strategy and set goals for growth
Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
Set policies and processes
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
Direct the employee assessment process
Prepare regular reports for upper management
Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role with experience and qualifications suitable for in-depth involvement in the Design & Management Consultancy Field being an advantage.
Qualifications relevant to the Consultancy Field required combined with a good working knowledge of calculation Software compatible for compliance with the Consultancy fields.
Experience in planning and budgeting
Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
Strong analytical ability
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Problem-solving aptitude
University Degree with minimum10 Years experience in the work field with Professional Engineer qualification being an advantage
