2. System and SOP Development: Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and financial systems for improved efficiency and reliability.

3. Leadership and Team Development: Skilled in coaching and developing Finance, Accounting, and Administrative staff to achieve professional growth and operational excellence.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Strong proficiency in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control to support organizational goals.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments to drive results.

6. Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of accounting software and ERP systems; ability to recommend and optimize software tools to enhance financial processes.

7. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Advanced analytical capabilities for evaluating financial data and providing actionable insights for decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management or a similar role.

Soft Skills:

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure in dynamic environments.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.

Language : Fluent in English (spoken and written) proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
