Scope Pekerjaan

Mengawasi kegiatan HR dan General Affairs di area kerja.
Mengelola administrasi karyawan, absensi, cuti, dan data kepegawaian.
Mendukung proses rekrutmen, onboarding, dan pengembangan karyawan.
Menangani hubungan industrial dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan ketenagakerjaan.
Mengelola kebutuhan operasional GA, seperti mess, transportasi, aset, dan fasilitas kantor.
Membuat laporan HRGA secara berkala.
Berkoordinasi dengan seluruh departemen untuk mendukung kelancaran operasional.

Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan (diutamakan Psikologi, Manajemen, atau Hukum).
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 4 tahun sebagai HRGA Supervisor di perusahaan pertambangan.
Mampu melakukan proses Mass Hiring untuk project baru
Memahami proses HR dan General Affairs.
Memahami peraturan ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku.
Menguasai Microsoft Office.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, kepemimpinan, dan problem solving yang baik.
Bersedia ditempatkan di Site Kabaena, Sulawesi Tenggara.
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem roster sesuai ketentuan perusahaan.
