Job Summary
The Assistant Operations Team Lead is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Samsung Philippines account. The role ensures excellent client account management, compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations, efficient business operations, and effective management of deployed employees. The position works closely with both the client and internal departments to deliver quality service and achieve operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operational requirements of the assigned client account.
- Maintain strong working relationships with Samsung Philippines and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate manpower deployment, attendance, employee concerns, and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with the Labor Code of the Philippines, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in handling employee relations, disciplinary cases, and workplace investigations.
- Monitor workforce performance and recommend operational improvements.
- Prepare and submit operational, compliance, and client reports.
- Coordinate with Recruitment, HR, Payroll, Finance, and other departments to support account requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and service delivery.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by management.
Job Specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Management, or any related course.
- At least 3 years of experience in operations, account management, HR, or manpower outsourcing.
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and employee relations.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willing to work on-site and travel to client locations as needed.
