About the Role

Batu Karang Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) to support senior leadership in our South Jakarta office. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring smooth executive operations through effective coordination, communication, and administrative support.

Your Mandarin proficiency will play a key role in supporting communication and collaboration with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executives’ calendars, schedules, meetings, and business travel arrangements

  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefing materials, and other business documentation

  • Handle correspondence, communications, and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders

  • Provide administrative support including document management, filing, and expense administration

  • Coordinate meetings and ensure seamless execution of both onsite and virtual engagements

  • Translate and interpret business communications and documents in Mandarin as required

  • Conduct research and support strategic and business-related initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) with minimum HSK Level 4 certification

  • Good command of English communication skills

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support role

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

  • Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Experience supporting international stakeholders or working across cultures is an advantage
