Responsible for overseeing product operations, managing product performance, and ensuring successful execution of product strategies. Leads product initiatives, coordinates with cross-functional teams, monitors market trends, analyzes customer feedback, and identifies opportunities to improve product quality, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Key responsibilities include managing product lifecycle activities, supporting product development and improvements, tracking product metrics, assisting in process optimization, and ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Provides guidance to team members and collaborates with stakeholders to drive product success.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Qualification
- Graduate of Animal Science or any Agriculture related fields course.
- With at least three (3) years of experience in swine operation.
- Responsible, flexible, hardworking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-adjusted in the farm production environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Above average communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Desire and ability to work in a physically strenuous environment.
- Passionate about teaching.
- Detail-oriented, observant.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
- With good interpersonal relationship and public relations skills.
