Job Description
Manage outsourced workforce operations across multiple entities, including vendor coordination and administration for approximately 500 outsourced employees.
Oversee payroll validation processes, including attendance, overtime, commissions, travel claims, BPJS contributions, PPh 21, PKWT compensation, and THR calculations.
Ensure outsourcing vendors comply with contractual agreements, company policies, service standards, and applicable labor regulations.
Manage workforce documentation and contract administration, including employment contracts, assignment letters, and employee database accuracy.
Monitor vendor agreements (PKS), contract renewals, and lead vendor evaluation, bidding, and selection processes to ensure optimal service quality and cost efficiency.
Prepare workforce reports, maintain outsourced employee data integrity, and provide analytics to support business decisions and audit requirements.
Resolve employee, vendor, and stakeholder escalations while identifying process improvements and mitigating operational risks.
Monitor outsourcing costs, validate vendor invoices, and ensure billing accuracy in accordance with contractual terms and workforce data.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Outsourcing Management, Contract Management, HR Operations, or related functions.
Proven experience managing outsourced workforce populations of 500-1,000 employees.
Experience handling outsourcing vendor management, bidding/tender processes, vendor evaluation, and service agreement (PKS) administration.
Strong understanding of labor law, workforce administration, contract management, and industrial relations practices.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and dashboard reporting.
Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce reporting, data management, and operational cost monitoring.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
