Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information System, Engineering, Business Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in presales, solution development, business development, product management, solution consulting, or technology proposal role.
- Experience in developing solution proposals, opportunity structure, value proposition, scope definition, and internal stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in at least one of the following domains is required: Security, Telco, IoT, AI/ML, Network & Infrastructure
- Experience in RFI/RFP/RFQ response, proposal development, SoW preparation, BoQ coordination, or effort consolidation is an advantage.
- Strong ability to structure business and technical opportunities into clear solution proposals.
- Good understanding of platform-based digital transformation solutions.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional input from internal team including Experience, Engineering, Service & Solution.
- Strong proposal writing, presentation, and business narrative skills.
- Ability to define value proposition, solution scope, assumptions, dependencies, and delivery baseline.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-structuring skills.
- Able to convert customer needs into solution packages and opportunity plans.
- Strong internal coordination and follow-up discipline.
- Good understanding of effort estimation, mandays input consolidation, and proposal readiness process.
- Able to work closely with Solutions Consultant and Solutions Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- You will develop customer needs into structured, validated, and proposal-ready platform solution opportunities.
- The focus is solution opportunity development: shaping the opportunity, structuring the value proposition, aligning internal stakeholders, and preparing the proposal baseline.
- Lead and coordinate RFI/RFP/RFQ responses from the presales and solution perspective.
- Analyze customer requirements, tender documents, evaluation criteria, scope, and submission requirements.
- Structure customer needs into solution opportunities with clear business problem, value proposition, solution direction, and proposal baseline.
- Coordinate with Solutions Consultant to ensure customer context, pain points, and business priorities are properly captured.
- Coordinate with Solutions Engineer to validate technical feasibility, PoC assumptions, prototype input, and platform readiness.
- Coordinate with internal team including Experience, Engineering, Service & Solution, and Program Management to collect effort estimation and delivery input.
- Prepare proposal outline, executive summary, solution narrative, compliance matrix, SoW input, and supporting presentation materials.
- Consolidate scope, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, risks, delivery approach, and internal effort input.
- Maintain reusable domain-specific proposal assets, RFI/RFP response templates, solution briefs, use cases, and reference architectures.
- Support internal go/no-go assessment for opportunities.
- Ensure submitted proposals are clear, compliant, feasible, and aligned with Tritronik’s delivery capability.
