We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance/Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our mobile applications, chatbot and callbot. This position requires a proactive professional who can work independently, uphold high standards of quality, and contribute to efficient release cycles and post-release validation.
Responsible for the following:
Manual Testing: Expertise in executing manual test cases to ensure the app behaves as expected under various conditions.
Bug Tracking and Reporting: Proficiency in using tools like JIRA, GitHub, or similar for logging and tracking defects.
Test Case Design: Ability to create and maintain detailed test cases, plans, and scripts tailored to mobile app features.
Cross-Platform Testing: Experience in testing mobile apps across various devices, operating systems, and screen resolutions.
Regression Testing: Familiarity with performing regression testing on mobile apps after updates and bug fixes.
Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with developers and product teams in sprints.
Develop, document, and execute detailed test cases and scripts based on business requirements.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support release cutover planning and post-release verification.
Mobile App Testing (iOS/Android): Strong hands-on experience in testing mobile applications, including functional, usability, and compatibility testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to identify root causes, analyze system behaviors, and provide actionable insights or recommendations to help the team implement and achieve expected results efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance/Tester
Profficient in English (verbal & written)
Familiarity with AI concepts and chatbot testing is a strong plus
Good understanding of testing methodologies, types, and tools
Hands-on experience with test case management and bug tracking systems
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
