Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Professionals to join our growing team in Taguig City. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy helping customers, this role is a great fit for you. Both experienced candidates and entry-level applicants are welcome, including fresh graduates and career shifters.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice and written channels
- Assist customers with account-related concerns and general inquiries
- Provide accurate information while delivering an excellent customer experience
- Document customer interactions clearly and follow established processes
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications
Communication Skills
- Good to excellent English communication skills (voice and written)
Experience
- At least 1 year BPO experience is preferred
- Open to candidates with 0–11 months of experience
Education
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Senior High School Graduate or higher
Other Requirements
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
- Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
