Providing an exceptional customer service and retail assistant within the online flatform (LAZADA, Shopee & Zilingo).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Ecommerce Flat forms (LAZADA, Shopee & Zilingo)
- Lazada Sales Marketing (Enrollment of Products, Uploading,
- Ensuring Prices are competitive by checking with other competitors
- Responsible for Stock allocation , Monitoring stock levels,
- Sending Daily sales report
- Creating Month-end sales report
- Monitoring order fulfillment and collections
- Manage Claims (returns, claims by forwarder)
- Manage orders and delegate to warehouse for order fulfillment
- Ensuring payments of Lazada are received on time
- Sales reconciliation
- Responsible for reporting of discrepancy in Lazada finance team
- Answer customer inquiries Thru Lazada chat
- Promote Lazada account in lazada application FEED by posting and uploading campaigns and promos.
- Monitor stocks with other consignments, requesting stocks inventory and sales report.
- Monitor deliveries of FBL stocks in Lazada warehouse
- Ensure all delivered FBL items are complete stocks reconcilation
- Assist operations in terms of acquiring permits for bazaar schedules
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Business Course
- With at least 2 years work experience in retail operation
- Previous experience in using an E-commerce platform such as LAZADA, Shopee
- A keen eye for detail and an eagerness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Willing to be work in Rockwell Makati.
