• Follow directions from senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a 5-star hotel or upscale dining restaurant

• Experienced in Italian or Arabic cuisine

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and cooking techniques

• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy service periods

• Strong teamwork skills with a positive and professional attitude

• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
