Position: Quality Operations Manager

Location: Bitung, Tangerang.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar position or higher, preferably within the FMCG, Cosmetics, or Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

- Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Quality Assurance, Quality Control, inspection techniques, audit processes, and reporting.

- Familiar with ISO standards and industry regulations, especially ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 22716 / CPKB (Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetics), and Halal certification standards.

- Certified in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) is a strong advantage.

- Proficient in quality risk management, including defect identification, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.

- Experience in root cause analysis (RCA) and quality deviation investigation to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Ability to design, implement, and monitor Quality and CPKB training programs to enhance quality awareness across the factory floor.

- Strong capability in implementing and continuously improving quality management systems aligned with international and local regulatory standards.

- Effective leadership, influencing, motivation, coordination, and communication skills across a fast-paced organization.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to rally technical, functional, and business management support to enable manufacturing objectives and goals.

- Effective coaching, presentation, and team-building skills.

Job Responsibilities:

- Quality Program Development: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with current standards, ISO 9001, and cosmetics regulations (CPKB).

- Laboratory & Equipment Management: Ensure the calibration, validation, availability, and proper functioning of laboratory, testing, and inspection equipment.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all raw materials, packaging materials, and manufacturing processes comply with BPOM, CPKB, Halal, and current government regulations.

- Training: Develop and deliver Quality awareness and CPKB training programs for all factory employees to ensure all personnel are knowledgeable about quality protocols and procedures.

- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop the QA/QC operations team. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback. Foster a positive, quality-driven, and productive work environment.

- Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular inline/offline site inspections and internal quality audits to monitor compliance with quality standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all manufacturing quality regulations and company policies. Promote a "Zero Defect" culture and handle customer complaints with robust investigation procedures.

- Continuous Improvement: Periodically assess quality performance metrics (KPIs) and propose improvement actions. Identify and implement best practices (such as Lean or Six Sigma) to minimize waste, enhance efficiency, and maximize productivity.
