Job Title: Marketing Graphic Designer (Consumer Packaged Goods)
Location: Fully Remote, Indonesia
Rate: $6 - $8 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Pacific Standard Time

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated marketing graphic designer to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to execute design projects across a multi-brand CPG environment where creativity meets operational discipline, and where the ability to manage high output is just as important as having a passion for quality design.
Requirements:
4- 6 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
Must be available to work PST hours, 9 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva and Figma experience a plus
Demonstrated ability to maintain distinct brand identities across multiple brands: portfolio must show work for more than one brand
Demonstrated packaging design experience, including developing multiple concept directions per brief. Must work with dielines, and create mockups
Understanding of marketing objectives, designing with performance in mind
Self-motivated, organized, capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain brand template libraries in Adobe/Canva for all three brands, ensuring consistency and production efficiency
Develop different packaging artwork concepts per brief during ideation phase, presenting varied directions to gather feedback before refinement
Manage weekly deliverable cycles across social media, paid media, email creative, and packaging across three brands without quality drop
Conduct ongoing competitive research (social, email, packaging) across relevant brands and categories. Present at least one new trend or design concept to the team monthly for review
Build PDP (product detail page) listing assets tailored to each retail channel (Amazon, DTC, etc.) per brand
Generate product or lifestyle photography with AI platforms, then retouch generative assets to ensure quality
Design print and in-person event marketing materials (banners, handouts, trade show signage)
Successful candidates for this role are expected to possess the following attributes:

Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection.
Must be comfortable with using a time-tracking software for payroll purposes.
Must be willing to undergo a background verification check during the final stages of the hiring process.
Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:
A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
