Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join PT Maxwell Natanindo Global in Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in overseeing construction operations and ensuring project success. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, maintaining safety standards, controlling costs, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. This position is integral to our operations and directly impacts the quality of our construction projects and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee all daily construction activities and operations on-site, ensuring projects progress according to schedule

2. Manage and supervise construction staff, subcontractors, and labour teams to maintain productivity and discipline

3. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies across all site activities

4. Monitor project budgets, control costs, and manage procurement of materials and equipment

5. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure effective communication and problem resolution

6. Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and documentation of progress, incidents, and inspections

7. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and defects are identified and rectified promptly

8. Manage site logistics, including resource allocation, equipment maintenance, and waste management

9. Respond to site emergencies and incidents, implementing corrective actions and reporting to management

10. Liaise with local authorities and third parties to ensure compliance and resolve any site-related issues

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Site Manager or in a similar senior site management role within the construction industry

2. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

3. Proven experience in project cost control, budgeting, and resource management

4. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise diverse teams

5. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving site issues

6. Proficiency in site management software and Microsoft Office applications

7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholders

8. Knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and compliance requirements is highly advantageous

9. Certification in construction management, occupational health and safety (K3), or related qualifications is preferred

10. Ability to work independently whilst maintaining strong collaboration with the wider project team

11. Proficiency in drawing with dwg application

12. Strong communication ability with customer, third party vendor, and internal management
