About the Role

We are seeking a talented, creative, and forward-thinking Social Media & AI Marketing Manager to join our growing villa management company. This is not a traditional marketing role—we are looking for a digital native who seamlessly blends high-end visual creativity with cutting-edge AI tools to amplify our brand's online presence.

You will lead our visual storytelling, filming aesthetic content on-site across our premium portfolio, and leveraging modern AI technologies to accelerate production workflows, maximize engagement, and optimize marketing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Platform Management: Plan, launch, and optimize social media strategies across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.).

• On-Site Content Production: Plan, film, and edit high-quality, aesthetic mobile video content (Reels/TikToks) showcasing our luxury villas, guest experiences, and curated services.

• Multimedia Design: Produce engaging captions, high-converting copy, voice-overs, and graphics aligned with our premium brand identity.

• Content Scheduling: Maintain a highly organized, consistent content calendar and coordinate production pipelines seamlessly.

• AI-Assisted Production: Utilize advanced AI tools to supercharge copywriting, video editing, scriptwriting, image generation, and workflow automation.

• Tech Exploration: Continuously research, test, and implement emerging AI marketing tools and prompt-engineering techniques to reduce production time while scaling content output.

• Growth Tracking: Monitor social media metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously optimize campaigns and organic reach.

• SEO Best Practices: Implement video and caption SEO strategies to improve visibility, searchability, and direct booking inquiries.

Exp in social/content creation, mobile video editing (CapCut), fluent EN, tech-savvy with generative AI (ChatGPT/Midjourney), aesthetic eye & proactive.

Nice to Have

• Experience with professional photography, camera setups, or drone operation.

• Knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and campaign budget management.

• Experience with workflow automation platforms like Zapier, Make.com, or n8n.
