About the Role

We are looking for passionate and driven consultants to join our client's growing team as either a Senior Associate or Senior-Level Consultant.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to solve strategic and operational challenges, develop actionable recommendations, and support the successful delivery of consulting engagements. Depending on your level of experience, you will also have opportunities to lead project workstreams, manage client relationships, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to business development initiatives.

The current project pipeline is primarily focused on Government and State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), while the firm continues to serve clients across a wide range of industries.

Position 1: Senior Associate Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of consulting projects from planning through implementation.

• Conduct market research, data analysis, and develop insights to support strategic recommendations.

• Prepare client presentations, reports, and other project deliverables.

• Collaborate with project teams and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Support project management activities to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university.

• 3–4 years of experience in management consulting or strategy consulting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience in conducting research, developing business insights, and preparing client presentations.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative consulting environment.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Position 2: Senior Level Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Lead consulting projects or project workstreams, ensuring quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.

• Analyze complex business issues and translate findings into practical, value-added recommendations for clients.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients while serving as a strategic advisor.

• Mentor and guide junior consultants to support team capability development.

• Drive innovation by introducing new methodologies, frameworks, or tools that enhance project delivery.

• Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university.

• 4–6 years of experience in management consulting.

• Proven experience leading consulting projects or managing project workstreams.

• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• Professional, collaborative, and capable of thriving in a dynamic consulting environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
