About the Role
We're looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive quality initiatives and lead a high-performing QA team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about software quality, enjoys mentoring team members, and has strong hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate manual and automated testing activities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to QA team members.
- Review test plans, test cases, and execution results to ensure quality standards.
- Perform hands-on manual testing and oversee automation initiatives.
- Develop and execute test scenarios for web applications.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Business teams.
- Communicate QA progress, risks, issues, and recommendations clearly.
- Ensure consistent QA processes and best practices across projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.
- Expertise in Playwright and Cypress (required).
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
