Qualifications
Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Steward is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and cooking equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, stewarding area, and storage rooms.
Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
Dispose of waste according to hotel hygiene and safety standards.
Ensure a sufficient supply of clean kitchen equipment during operations.
Assist the Kitchen and F&B team as required.
Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
