Facility Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Preventive Maintenance & Reliability: Manage and execute the preventive maintenance schedule to ensure all facility equipment operates at peak performance while minimizing downtime.

2. Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis: Identify technical issues within facility equipment, conduct thorough root cause analysis, and implement effective mechanical solutions.

3. Spare Part & Inventory Management: Maintain optimal safety stock levels for critical spare parts to prevent operational delays and ensure rapid breakdown recovery.

4. Project Oversight & Timelines: Supervise facility-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring all installations and repairs meet the established project schedule.

5. EHS & ISO Compliance: Ensure all work activities strictly adhere to company safety and health regulations (K3) and comply with ISO Management System standards.

6. Data Analysis & Process Standardization: Review equipment checksheets and analyze operational data to develop standardized procedures (SOPs) for all facility equipment.

7. Technical Training & Skills Development: Conduct continuous training programs for technicians to enhance their understanding of equipment flow and technical competency.

8. Continuous Improvement (Kaizen): Drive ongoing improvements in cost reduction, maintenance efficiency, and production support, while executing additional strategic tasks from the Chief Engineer and Director.

COMPETENCY

Education: Bachelor Degree of Industry/Chemical/Telecommunication/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Min. 3 years

Knowledge & Skill:

1. Understand and can read mechanical and electrical drawing

2. Available to make system for equipment group

3. Can coordination with other department smoothly

4. Can take decision fast and to the point of problem

5. Have english language skill writren or speak

6. Understand about ISO sytsem
