The Role: Crafting the Exceptional

As our Outlet Manager, you will be the driving force behind our culinary spaces—orchestrating daily operations across our premier restaurants, bar lounge, and in-room dining. Your mission is to balance five-star guest experiences with sharp financial performance.

• Elevate the Dining Experience: Oversee all F&B outlets, ensuring seamless operations, impeccable quality, and absolute compliance with premium standards.

• Inspire & Lead: Mentor, train, and champion a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and mutual growth.

• Guest-Centric Innovation: Proactively anticipate guest needs, craft memorable moments, and seamlessly resolve feedback with a five-star touch.

• Strategic Business Ownership: Manage budgeting, optimize operational expenses, minimize waste, and forecast inventory needs with precision.

• Data-Driven Performance: Deliver insightful reports on sales, productivity, and costs to senior management.

• Drive Revenue Growth: Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to design buzz-worthy events and exclusive promotions that elevate brand awareness and maximize revenue.

Who You Are

You are a disciplined, self-motivated leader who thrives under the exciting pressure of a luxury hospitality environment. You hold yourself and your team to the highest standards, even during peak weekend and holiday rushes.

Your Profile:

• Educational Background: A degree (Min. D3) in Hotel Management or a related field is highly preferred.

• Proven Track Record: At least 3 years of successful leadership experience in a similar role within upscale or 5-star establishments.

• Flawless Communication: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with professional computer literacy.

• Natural Leadership: An inspiring team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep-rooted passion for premium service.

• Agile & Organized: Highly adaptable, proactive, exceptionally well-organized, and able to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
