We are currently looking for a Logistics Associate- Helper to join our growing team. This role is ideal for hardworking, dependable, and physically fit individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in loading and unloading products from delivery vehicles
• Support drivers in delivering products to customer locations safely and efficiently
• Ensure products are handled with care to prevent damage during transport and delivery
• Help navigate delivery routes and coordinate timely deliveries
• Communicate professionally with customers and address basic delivery-related inquiries
• Use hand trucks, dollies, and other equipment to transport heavy items
• Verify delivery details and obtain customer signatures when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and equipment
• Assist in product returns, exchanges, or pickups as necessary
• Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards at all times
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related role is an advantage
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items on a regular basis
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when necessary
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Work Setup
• Full-time position
• Field-based role with daily travel and delivery assignments
• Frequent physical activities including lifting, carrying, bending, and climbing in and out of delivery vehicles
