Job Description :

  1. Responsible for recruitment process for project needs.

  2. Responsible for onboarding process to new project employees.

  3. Monitor & update the completeness of project employees data & employment agreement.

  4. Responsible for the completeness & accuracy of project employees attendance & BPJS (social security) data.

  5. Coordinate with Disnaker regarding project employee contract registration.

  6. Responsible for monitoring & reporting compliance and disputes of project employees.


Qualifications

  1. Candidate must at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Pyschology / Law / Human Resources Management.

  2. At least 1 years experience ad HR Generalist Staff / HR Staff.

  3. Experience in managing edabu and SIPP.

  4. Have good skills in using Ms. Office (Excel, PPT & Word) & Familiar with HRIS system.

  5. Good Interpersonal & communication skills.

  6. Understand labor law regulation.

  7. Willing to go on a business trip.
