Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, PhysicsEngineering, Energy Conversion or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
Have experience in Solar & Renewable Energy Sector (will be plus)
Preferably having knowledge of Solar Power Plant
Strong analytical skills.
Agile, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
Possess a growth mindset, always eager to learn and improve.
Proficiency in english is a must
Job description:
Supervise and maintain SESNA's assets, including operators, to ensure optimal asset performance and compliance with safety standards.
Create maintenance reports and analyze them to identify trends, issues, and areas requiring corrective actions or improvements.
Monitor and analyze performance data from photovoltaic (PV) systems, and track energy output, efficiency, and other relevant metrics to identify potential improvements.
Ensure that maintenance activities and asset performance meet client expectations.
Ensure the maximum performance of the PV Plants and a PV Plant downtime.
Supervise contractors during maintenance activities.
