IT Data Analyst

Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented IT Data Analyst to support our client in managing project data, systems, and reporting. This role will focus on ensuring accurate data management, building clear reports, and supporting decision-making processes. Experience with Procore, construction, or project-based industries will be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain project data, workflows, and setup using Procore (if applicable). - Create, analyze, and maintain reports to provide insights for stakeholders. - Use data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively. - Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data. - Support IT system implementation, troubleshooting, and integration tasks. - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and IT staff to ensure smooth operations. - Maintain data accuracy, security, and compliance with company standards. Requirements: - 2-5 years of professional experience in IT and Data Analytics. - Strong skills in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar). - Proficiency in SQL, databases, and data integration. - Experience with Procore is a plus (project setup, workflows, data management). - Background in construction, engineering, or project-based industries (preferred). - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote setup with a reliable internet connection.
