IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis
  Elicit, document, and analyze business needs from stakeholders to define clear functional and non-functional requirements for IT solutions.

• Bridging Business & IT Teams
  Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives and are technically feasible.

• Process Mapping & Improvement
  Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements through the use of technology or system enhancements.

• Documentation & Reporting
  Produce detailed documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD), functional specifications (FSD), use case diagrams, and progress reports to support project delivery and decision-making.

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support
  Prepare UAT scenarios, coordinate and support UAT activities by working closely with end users to validate that the delivered solution meets the agreed business requirements before go-live.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

• Strong ability to analyze complex business processes, identify gaps, and propose effective and practical IT-based solutions aligned with business goals

• Familiarity with software development concepts, system integration, databases (SQL), Figma and AI Platform such as Claude AI, ChatGPT, Copilot .

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and manage relationships with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders at various levels

• Proven experience in creating business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications (FSD), user stories, process flow diagrams, and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) in an IT project environment.

• Willing to be based in Lippo Karawaci.
