  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in live chat, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Customer-focused with a calm, empathetic, and problem-solving attitude
  • Tech-savvy, with familiarity in using CRM, chat, and help desk software
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required
