Job Responsibilities/????:

1. Fully responsible for daily restaurant operations management, including staff scheduling, customer service, and dish quality supervision, ensuring smooth operation. ????????????????????????????????????????

2. Develop and implement sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, analyze operating data, and make adjustments for optimization. ?????????????????????????????

3. Manage the employee team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation, enhancing team cohesion and service level. ?????????????????????????????????

4. Maintain environmental hygiene, food safety, and normal operation of equipment in the restaurant, meeting industry standards. ????????????????????????????

5. Handle customer complaints and emergencies, ensuring customer experience and brand image. ????????????????????????
