Description

- Provide exceptional customer service while handling premium account queries.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, effective communication, and proficiency in English
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and able to work under pressure
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously and manage time effectively
