The Hotel Receptionist, also known as Daily Worker Receptionist (Male), will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, checking them into their rooms, and providing information about the resort and surrounding area. This position involves managing front desk operations, handling hotel reservations, and maintaining accurate records of guest stays. The individual will also assist with answering phone calls, processing payments, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns. Candidates must be male, have an SMA/SMK education level, and possess between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in customer service, hotel reservations, Microsoft Office, and hotel reception is required.
