Foreman Produksi/Operation

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate daily mining production activities in the field on a shift basis
• Oversee coal stockpile operations including coal receiving, stacking, reclaiming, and inventory control at the stockrom area
• Monitor and coordinate hauling road maintenance activities to ensure road conditions are safe and optimal for mine traffic
• Coordinate with hauling, pit control, and MOCO teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operational flow
• Ensure all field equipment and manpower are deployed effectively in accordance with the daily production plan
• Monitor and control production performance and report deviations from target to the superintendent
• Conduct regular field inspections across operational areas including stockrom, hauling roads, and active work fronts
• Ensure all operational activities comply with HSE standards and company SOPs
• Prepare and submit shift production reports including stockpile status and road maintenance updates
• Brief field teams at shift start and conduct debriefs at shift end to align operational priorities

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or foreman role
• Hands-on experience in coal stockpile operations and haul road maintenance within an open-pit mining environment
• Familiar with fleet management, dispatching systems, and mine production reporting
• Hold a First-Line Mining Supervisor Certificate / POP (mandatory); POM is an advantage
• Strong leadership and coordination skills across multiple operational areas simultaneously
• Able to work under a shift system and willing to be placed at site in Kapuas, Kalimantan Tengah
• Physically fit and capable of conducting regular field inspections across mine site areas
