Key responsibilities

1. Supervise retail production activities to ensure products meet the Company's quality, quantity, and production standards.

2. Lead and manage the production team to achieve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with applicable SOPs and Work Instructions (WIs).

3. Ensure the efficient use of raw materials and production equipment to minimize waste and maximize productivity.

4. Monitor packing and product dispatch to ensure compliance with the Company's packaging and distribution standards.

5. Perform routine inspection and maintenance of production equipment to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime.

6. Conduct regular shop floor inspections to ensure compliance with Food Safety, 5R, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.

7. Prepare and submit accurate production and dispatch reports to support performance evaluation and production planning.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a production foreman role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.

3. Strong knowledge of production processes, Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety standards.

4. Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and 5R/5S implementation.

5. Willing to work in shifts and under production targets.
