The Head of Region Sales & Promotion position is responsible for creating a comprehensive work program that aligns with the company's targets, developing effective sales systems to boost market productivity, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires a strong understanding of sales and distribution strategies to optimize customer engagement and expand market reach. Additionally, you are expected to build efficient coordination and communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales targets in your responsibility area.
Job Requirements:
Minimum education of a bachelor's degree in any field
Have experience in the same position or at least as an Area Sales Manager/Sales Manager in an FMCG company for at least 2 years
Willing to go through the selection process virtually and travel for work out of town
Have strong leadership skills, high responsibility, analytical, creative, disciplined, honest, and enjoy challenges
Have a driving license category A and know the Medan area and surroundings well
Willing to be placed in Medan
