Villa Gardener (Tukang Kebun)

Key Responsibilities

1. Garden & Plant Care

• Watering: Water all plants, lawns, shrubs, and flowers according to their specific needs.

• Pruning & Trimming: Trim overgrown bushes, prune trees, and cut back dead foliage to keep plants healthy and looking neat.

• Weeding & Fertilizing: Regularly remove weeds from garden beds and pathways. Apply fertilizers and organic pest control when needed.

• Planting: Plant new flowers, shrubs, or trees as directed to keep the garden looking vibrant.

2. Lawn Maintenance

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns regularly to maintain an even, healthy look.

• Reseed or treat patches of dead grass if necessary.

3. General Cleanliness & Upkeep

• Sweep and clear leaves, twigs, and debris from pathways, patios, driveways, and pool areas daily.

• Empty outdoor trash bins related to garden waste.

• Keep gardening tools and equipment clean, organized, and properly stored.

4. Basic Maintenance (Optional but helpful)

• Monitor and maintain the garden irrigation/sprinkler systems.

• Report any major property issues (like broken pipes, pests, or dying trees) to the Villa Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or farming is preferred.

• Skills: Knowledge of local plants, basic potting techniques, and how to safely use standard gardening tools (mowers, shears, trimmers).

• Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, lift heavy bags of soil, and stand/bend for extended periods.

• Traits: Reliable, detail-oriented, and respectful of guest privacy.
