The Finance Development Program (FDP) is a fast-track 6-month rotational program designed to develop future finance professionals through hands-on exposure across key Finance functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Banking Operations, and Financial Reporting.
Participants will gain practical experience in finance operations, business analysis, cash management, and cross-functional collaboration, while building a strong understanding of how finance drives business performance and growth.
Job Requirements:
1) Qualifications & Education
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Master's Degree (S2) in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or other related fields.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Finance-related functions / Banking Industry is highly preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and strong analytical capabilities are welcome to apply.
Academic Standing: Strong academic track record with a high GPA preferred.
2) Technical & Finance Competencies
Advanced Excel Mandatory: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory, including data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, financial reporting, and advanced formulas to effectively clean and audit manual data.
Functional Finance Exposure: Experience or exposure in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Treasury, Cash Management, Banking Operations, or other Finance functions is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with payment processing, bank reconciliation, cash management, or coordination with banks & external stakeholder will be a significant advantage.
System Familiarity: Familiarity with ERP systems and financial applications is a plus, supporting our current drive for system integration.
3) Analytical & Behavioral Attributes
Analytical Thinking & Grit: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and deep attention to detail. You must possess a process-oriented mindset capable of turning manual data chaos into structured systems.
Learning Agility: Demonstrated learning agility and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
Operational Presence: Willingness to learn on the ground, starting with our supply chain and warehouse operations to master inventory mechanics (DIO) and value creation.
4) Communication & Language
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the professional maturity to collaborate effectively across functions (from warehouse operators to C-level executives).
Language Proficiency: Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Finance Development Program (FDP) Trainee, you will participate in a structured, fast-tracked 6-month rotation program across key corporate finance functions. You will step out of the traditional back-office mold to support daily operations, analyze financial data, and collaborate cross-functionally to master how physical inventory, cash liquidity, tax compliance, and commercial execution drive company profitability.
Core Program Expectations
Rotational Excellence: Participate in a structured 6-month Finance Development Program with rotational assignments across key Finance functions.
Daily Operational Support: Hands-on ownership of daily Finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Treasury, Banking, and financial reporting activities.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze financial data, track key performance indicators, and provide clear insights to support executive business decision-making.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and actively contribute to Finance process improvement initiatives to streamline manual workflows.
Capstone Leadership: Take ownership of a strategic Finance improvement project and present data-backed recommendations directly to Finance leadership at the end of the program.
