Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Painter role based in Jakarta. The Painter will prepare espresso machines and related equipment surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming according to company standards. Daily tasks include applying paint and coatings using brush, roller, and spray techniques, ensuring an even, durable finish that aligns with Bring.co’s quality and aesthetic requirements. The role involves mixing and matching colors, maintaining painting tools and spray equipment, and following safety procedures when handling paints and chemicals. The Painter will collaborate with technicians and refurbishing staff to schedule work, meet production timelines, and support continuous improvement in the workshop.
Qualifications

• Strong practical skills in paint application, including surface preparation and finishing.
• Experience in Painting and Decorating, with an eye for detail and consistent visual quality.
• Knowledge of Coatings, including durability, corrosion protection, and appropriate use on metal surfaces.
• Hands-on expertise in Painting and Spray Painting techniques for small and medium-sized equipment.
• Understanding of workshop safety practices, including proper handling of chemicals and use of PPE.
• Ability to follow technical instructions, work to production schedules, and maintain high quality standards.
• Previous experience in industrial, automotive, or equipment painting is an advantage.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
