Strong practical skills in paint application, including surface preparation and finishing.
Experience in Painting and Decorating, with an eye for detail and consistent visual quality.
Knowledge of Coatings, including durability, corrosion protection, and appropriate use on metal surfaces.
Hands-on expertise in Painting and Spray Painting techniques for small and medium-sized equipment.
Understanding of workshop safety practices, including proper handling of chemicals and use of PPE.
Ability to follow technical instructions, work to production schedules, and maintain high quality standards.
Previous experience in industrial, automotive, or equipment painting is an advantage.
Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
