Work Setup: Onsite – BGC, Taguig

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

Bossjob is looking for a proactive and highly organized Events Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, employer branding initiatives, and partnership engagements. This internship is ideal for students who are passionate about event management, marketing, and creating engaging experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and organizing event materials, decks, and documentation for internal and external use.
• Support the execution of school, government, branded, livestreams, and online events under the supervision of event leads.
• Help coordinate logistics such as transport scheduling, materials packing, booth setup, platform preparation for virtual events, and staff attendance.
• Join on-site activations to support partner greeting, registration, activity monitoring, and brand representation.
• Take part in brainstorming sessions, proposal building, and creative concept development.
• Assist in writing event-related copy and social media content, including captions, announcements, and promotional materials.
• Maintain event photos, checklists, digital files, and feedback notes for reporting purposes.

Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Have the willingness to learn quickly, especially in AI and social media.
• Willingness to assist in both onsite and online events.
• Basic knowledge of content creation and familiarity with image or video editing tools (such as Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar software) is an advantage.
• Experienced in mobile phone video recording and photography.
