Cibubur Indonesia School (CIS) was established in 2008 under the KEI-SIA INDONESIA Foundation, with a mission to transform and elevate the standard of education in Indonesia. Starting with the establishment of 7th Heaven Preschool in Raffles Hills – Cibubur, the foundation has grown steadily to meet the demand for quality and affordable education. In 2012, CIS expanded to include primary level education, and by 2019, it introduced a new site in Leuwinanggung, Tapos, Depok, offering junior high education. We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Representative and Key Account Executive to join our team, contributing to the continued growth and success of our educational programs.
The Sales Representative and Key Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, promoting the school's services, and driving enrollment through effective sales strategies. This role involves identifying potential customers, conducting outreach, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders. The individual will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns, manage client accounts, and track sales performance. Additionally, they will engage with the community, participate in events, and utilize social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and attract new students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in this position.
This position is available for a hybrid work arrangement, offering flexibility to balance professional and personal commitments. Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in school. Proficiency in customer service, sales strategy, and account management is required, along with experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments. Familiarity with social media, video content operation, and advertising media is a plus. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
