UI Interface Developer - 1 Month Project Base

About the role

Tribe Business Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented UI Interface Developer to join our team on an exciting 1-month project. This is a focused, dynamic role where you will take ownership of designing and developing user interface solutions that create engaging digital experiences. Based in Medan, North Sumatra, this position offers the opportunity to work on a concentrated project with clear deliverables and the chance to make a significant impact in a short timeframe. Your expertise in UI development will be crucial in translating design concepts into functional, intuitive interfaces that users will love.

What you'll be doing

1. Design and develop responsive user interfaces using modern web technologies and frameworks

2. Collaborate with designers and product teams to translate wireframes and mockups into functional UI components

3. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards

4. Implement pixel-perfect designs whilst ensuring optimal performance and cross-browser compatibility

5. Conduct testing and debugging to identify and resolve UI/UX issues and inconsistencies

6. Optimise interface performance and user experience based on feedback and analytics

7. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes

8. Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend systems

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a UI Developer or Front-End Developer with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work

2. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)

3. Experience with modern UI frameworks and libraries such as React, Vue.js, or Angular

4. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development approaches

5. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

6. Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

8. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

9. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a project-based environment

10. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

11. Preferred: Experience with UI/UX testing, accessibility standards (WCAG), or performance optimisation tools
