Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage content calendars for several Social Media Accounts.
- Create engaging content ideas, captions, and video scripts.
- Coordinate and direct talents during content production.
- Monitor social media performance and analyze content insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Supervise and coordinate the content team to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Stay updated with social media trends and recommend creative content ideas.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Strategist, or similar role.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement tactics.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable strategies and measurable results.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of branding, campaign management, and basic SEO as applied to social content.
- Experience managing paid social campaigns is a plus.
