Responsibilities
1. CRM Intern
- Assist in managing customer data and CRM systems.
- Support customer engagement and follow-up activities.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to CRM operations.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written) are required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
