About the role
We are looking for a driven and organized Sales Supervisor to grow our reach across both B2B and B2C channels. You'll be the bridge between our farm and our customers — managing sales operations, building new partnerships, and keeping the administrative side of the business running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B clients such as restaurants, hotels, and retailers
Manage and grow the B2C customer base through direct and online channels
Handle day-to-day sales administrative tasks including orders, invoices, and reports
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure satisfaction
Monitor sales performance and report progress to management
Coordinate with the farm and operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment
Identify market opportunities and propose strategies for business growth
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Organized and detail-oriented with solid administrative capabilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit targets
Interest in organic products, sustainable living, or the F&B industry is a plus
Proficient in basic office tools (spreadsheets, email, etc.)
Good command of English
