About the role

We are looking for a driven and organized Sales Supervisor to grow our reach across both B2B and B2C channels. You'll be the bridge between our farm and our customers — managing sales operations, building new partnerships, and keeping the administrative side of the business running smoothly.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B clients such as restaurants, hotels, and retailers

  • Manage and grow the B2C customer base through direct and online channels

  • Handle day-to-day sales administrative tasks including orders, invoices, and reports

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure satisfaction

  • Monitor sales performance and report progress to management

  • Coordinate with the farm and operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment

  • Identify market opportunities and propose strategies for business growth


Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Organized and detail-oriented with solid administrative capabilities

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit targets

  • Interest in organic products, sustainable living, or the F&B industry is a plus

  • Proficient in basic office tools (spreadsheets, email, etc.)

  • Good command of English
